With a background as a Wella Professionals Colour Educator and Master Colour Expert, she brings a trained eye to colour, shape and condition. Lived-in blondes, thoughtful colour changes and dry cutting for curls are particular passions.

Natalie loves helping clients understand their hair, with honest advice about what’s achievable and how to maintain it. Expect warmth, a few laughs and a plan that considers your lifestyle as carefully as your finished look.

Brooke helps make every visit feel easy, from choosing your first appointment to organising your next.

As our salon manager, she looks after the details that keep the day running smoothly and makes sure you feel welcome, informed and comfortable. Unsure which service to book or who to see? Brooke will help you find your starting point.

She knows our team, gets to know our clients and keeps everyone connected. Behind the friendly welcome is someone who cares deeply about your experience.

Samantha has been part of our story since The Color Room and brings warmth, imagination and a love of curls to Mountain Hair.

Her own journey embracing curly hair sparked a passion for dry cutting and helping others feel comfortable with their natural texture. She enjoys finding the shape, products and styling techniques that work for each individual.

From a curl refresh to a bigger transformation, Sam considers the whole journey. She’ll talk through your ideas, help you build a manageable routine and celebrate the progress along the way.

Taylor brings creativity, thoughtful advice and a little Surry Hills influence to Mountain Hair, having started her career at Barney Martin Hair.

She enjoys working across colour and cutting, with a particular love for natural texture. Whether you’re reshaping your curls, refreshing your colour or considering something different, Taylor takes time to understand what you want and how you manage your hair at home.

Her aim is a look that feels right for you, with practical guidance to help you enjoy it between appointments.

Prue loves the detail behind beautiful blonde hair—from carefully placed foils to soft balayage and a seamless grow-out.

She brings an easygoing energy to the salon, taking time to understand the colour you want and the upkeep that suits your life. Whether you prefer a subtle refresh or a brighter result, she enjoys planning the placement and finish that bring it together.

Isobel brings a calm, considered approach to every appointment. She enjoys foiling and helping clients find colour tones that suit their features and personal style.

As our Nanoplasty specialist, she also works with clients looking for smoother, more manageable hair. She’ll talk through your goals, assess your hair and explain what to expect from the service and its maintenance.
